Welcome to the Diocese of Plymouth newsletter for the month of October. As this month celebrates the Rosary, our overarching theme is prayer: its importance and the many ways in which we pray and find ways to connect with God and each other.
We’d like to begin by sharing a reflection from our Diocesan Administrator, Canon Paul Cummins, on the importance of praying the Rosary for peace in our world. The Rosary offers a time of meditation and calm, and is a way of being connected to the Church and to all those praying the Rosary across the world. Canon Paul reflects that we are called not only to pray for reconciliation, but also to be agents of peace in our daily lives.
